Calculator inputs: We do not collect, store, or transmit the financial information you enter into the calculator. All calculations run locally in your browser.

Email address: If you use the “Email Report” feature (coming soon), we collect your email address solely to deliver the requested report. It is used once and not stored after delivery.

Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics (no cookies, no personal identification) to understand aggregate usage patterns such as which features are most popular and which states users are calculating for. We do not track individual users.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. We do not build user profiles. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not require account creation to use the calculator.

Email delivery is processed by our email service provider (currently Resend). They receive your email address only for the purpose of delivering your requested report and are bound by their own privacy policy.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) as part of normal web hosting operations.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect (described above), the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Since we do not store calculator inputs and email addresses are not retained after delivery, there is typically nothing to delete. If you believe we hold your data, contact us. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
